Ladies, there are some new girls in town!

For all you crossfit lovers i found a few new crossfit workouts that are to die for (you actually might feel like you are dying during the workout but the results will amaze you). As you all should know most crossfit workouts are named with actual names. So now let me introduce to you some of my favorite new girls in town Jackie, Chelsea and Angie.

Jackie *you need a rowing machine for this one*

1,000 meter row (for time)
Thrusters 45 lbs. (50 reps)
Pull Ups (30 reps)

^^^ This one is challenging but so rewarding. You'll feel like a million bucks after you finish this one! Try to complete the entire workout for time!

Angie

100 pull ups *these i do with a bar set at a lower height on the weight rack, a reversed row in a sense.
100 push-ups
100 squats
100 sit-ups

^^^ If you cannot complete all 100 reps at once split into sections of 50... 50 or even 25...25...25...25 for the beginners!!

Chelsea

5 pull-ups
10 push-ups
15 squats
*** go every minute on, for thirty minutes. The faster you complete the 5-10-15 reps the more rest you can get! My trick is setting a timer!

^^^ Great workout when you have time for a long run afterward!!!
