Grad Schools Fools

Welp, It's official I graduate in May and then life really begins. It is definitely a scary thought knowing after next spring I will be out in this world on my own. I was just getting use to the comfortable life college offers a 20 something year old.

I'll be earning my degree in public relations, which I am very passionate about, but I'll be wanting to pursue a coaching career in track and field because it is where my heart truly is. Today I e-mailed coaches about grad assistant positions for graduate schools around the nation that offered a sports management degrees.

The schools I am looking at range from schools in Dallas and a couple in Kansas to ones in Colorado and California, even one in North Carolina. I don't like knowing I may be moving away from my family in just one short year but I know I eventually have to break out of my comfort zone and chase my dreams.

Hopefully after I hear back from some coaches and get some interviews and visits set up God will shine a light on the path he wants me to take, until then... all options are open.

I've never felt so scared and excited all at the same time. I a firm believer that life and opportunities come fast, so you have to be ready for anything!
