Last night, this awesome thing happened, and my older sister got married to her boyfriend of 12 years! We all planned and fully put together a wedding on our own in a short few months!!! I was so happy it all came together perfectly! It was the perfect amount of classy and simple. I think it was definitely what she envisioned.
Weddings are so fun and marriage is a great thing!. I am so happy my sister found the best guy possible for her! It is going to be nice having a fun brother in law and a little bit bigger of a family!
The minister at the wedding shared the story of how Eve was created from the rib of Adam. Not from the front or the back but from the side as an equal of Adam and as someone he could stand beside. That is one of my favorite stories from the Bible. I hope someday I will find the guy who wants me to stand next to him and live life together. I may not be there yet but I am sure glad I have great examples in my life of what it looks like.
