Speaker poured some inspiration right into my day.

They say curiosity is one of the most powerful tools we are given as humans. Curiosity is a fuel. At times it can be fatal and other times it can be the most amazing experience.

Today, Dave Rhea, general manager at the Oklahoma Gazette, came to speak to my intercession class. I was highly inspired by him. Lately we have been hearing from so many speakers and all of them seem to have one thing in common. Passion. Dave's passions were across the board and very impressive. He is a well-versed rockstar as some might say. I, personally am one to take on a lot of tasks at once and do my very best at all of them. I like to have many talents and I feel it is one of the many gifts God gives us to pursue more than one dream in our lifestyle.

Dave spoke about "Being authentic when you communicate with people". I love this because there is nothing worse than meeting someone and realizing they are not what you thought when you previously chatted via social media or over the phone. Be real, represent nothing other than your true self. Being happy in your own skin and not being afraid to show people who you truly are is the best feeling you can have.

"Beautiful baby from the outside in, chasing dreams but always know the road that will lead you home again."
-Tim McGraw

I'm feeling a sense of drive and passion today and I plan on executing it at the gym, on the track and then later tonight at work. Be passionate about your life people, you only get to live it once.
