You're Half Way There

I know all of you want to be healthy. Most all people do. Giving up your bad eating habits is probably one of the most difficult things to do, but what is crazy is that's not enough.

My mother has started to diet and has given up some of her bad habits but I've noticed that when i start giving up the unhealthy things in my diet i feel tired and nauseated. She described the same symptoms to me. That's when i realized it isn't enough the take out the bad, you have to intake the good. When we diet it is never healthy to starve ourselves. We should always try and replace what our body is using day to day. Vitamins, proteins and YES... carbohydrates.

For Example: Someone stops drinking soda... but they do not drink any water to replace that typical liquid intake. They may become dehydrated which can lead to serious health problems.

So, if you are going to be dieting or just trying to get healthier make sure you aren't only just cutting the unhealthy out, but also replacing it with healthy alternatives. You should never feel hungry or tired. It may take your body time to adjust to your new food routine but you will see results in your body regulation, energy level, overall health and MOOD within a few weeks of a strict diet change!

Happy Health Hunting Everyone! :)
