I am excited to do something fun and creative and possibly turn a profit for it. I'm going to post some pics of furniture and stuff I've already done below. Let me know what everyone thinks!
This was a discount furniture item at Mathis Brothers Furniture because the front doors to the entertainment were broken in half and off... I simply took off the front doors by their hinges and created curtains for it.
I figure it would someday make a great changing table too for the baby's room, so I will probably repaint a pastel color then.
This was an old green table and a friend of mine painted it a slate gray and I bought it from her and stencil painted the design on the top. Took forever but turned out really cute.
I also took the chairs, which were old rusty and mismatched and repainted those!
These canvas pieces are a couple years old but one of the first items I made.
This canvas is something I made for my bedroom, with some of my favorite Mayday Parade lyrics on it.
This wreath is one of a couple I made as Christmas gifts for friends and family. They are so simple and fun to make.
I'm going to complete a couple more projects this weekend too. Let me know if you have any suggestions or DIY's that you would like me to try out!
