NAMASTE

So, yoga seems to be the new craze of young women and some men too. I, being someone who likes intense workouts, couldn't grasp the benefits of yoga. What could I possibly get from laying around in awkward positions. After doing some research I found out I was wrong yoga is a very great technique for everyone. It truly is a workout where you can get out of it whatever you choose to put in. Some poses I have been practicing during my daily stretching routine include the following: I have learned if i can practice these it truly does relax my mind after my workout and is a great way to increase flexibility and therefore prevent muscle injury.






I typically hold each pose for a 20 second count and then go through the rotation three times!
